Moses Thywill is Chief Operations Officer at RAURA. He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the network: keeping posts publishing, chat delivering, foods orders moving, and the unglamorous work behind a product that has to feel instant.

Operations at RAURA includes media uploads, unread counts that stay honest, kitchen coordination for RAURA Foods, and the policies that decide what is public and what is not. Moses’s role is to make those pieces hold together as more people join.

He works with the founder and co-founder so strategy has a path into shipping. If a conversation should stay on Chat, if a restricted post should not leak into a link preview, if an order should reach the kitchen, operations is where that promise is kept.
